jesus festival 2017
As has been the custom for over a decade, the Wesley Girls’ High school community paused its scholastic routine to hold the annual revival dubbed, "Jesus Festival".

The school was privileged to have servants of God such as Rev. Dr. Solomon Aryeetey who executed his role as the main speaker admirably; Mr. T.V.O Lamptey, who flavoured each service with originally composed songs, and a host of other people well rooted in God to serve in the capacity of counsellors throughout the three-day power packed programme.
Centred on the theme ’Remember you Creator in the days of your youth’( Eccl. 12:1), Rev. Dr. Aryeetey reminded the congregation that youthfulness was not forever and that some days were fast approaching, where one will lose all the explosive enthusiasm and exuberance. It was therefore necessary to serve God in one’s youth. Also in attendance were the Worshippers and Joyful Way Inc. who led the community in offering new songs of praise to Lord.
At the end of the empowering weekend, fetters were broken loose, healing abounded, there was an overflow of spiritual gifts and to crown it all, people received the lord Jesus as their Personal Saviour.
