Vice President Visit

Purpose of Visit : Fact finding mission to verify facilities available in WGHS for the year’s admission numbers.

Armed personnel trooped into the school at about 10:00am to secure the area for the visit of H.E the Vice President, Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur. He arrived in person with his entourage at ten minutes after 12:00 pm.

Harvest 2015 came off with a bang as the population of Wesley Girls’ High School decided to give their first fruits to the Almighty God, on the 29th of November, 2015.

The headmistress of Wesley Girls’ High School, Mrs. Betty Djokoto, accompanied by two teachers, Mr. Hector Kunkpeh and Ms. Anna Koranteng, as well as two students, Samira Ahmed and Nana Efua Brown-Orleans, left the school on the 4th of October to embark on a journey to the Northern region to attend the National Best Teacher and School Awards ceremony.

ROBOTICS COMPETITION - 2015

Robotics Competition - 2015

On the 10th October 2015, the school participated in the annual Robotics competition organized by the Ghana Robotics Academy Foundation (GRAF) at St. Augustine’s College, Cape Coast. Three sub-teams in the school’s robotics team took part in this year’s competition which comprises two challenges.
