The annual staff development workshop for Wesley Girls High School Staff is indeed contributing a lot to the personal development of its participants. This year’s workshop which was held from the 9th to 13th September, 2013 at Anita Hotel Kumasi, left so much to be desired. For the first time, it saw a full participation of the non-teaching staff who were represented by their able leadership. In line with the theme of the workshop which was ‘building healthy relationships’, activities were focused on fostering love and unity among members, and the need to create cordial relationships for collective success and development in our work.
